I had an added charge on my payment that was upsetting due to the confusing set up on the payment verbage. Abby H was able to assist me and took care of it immediately which gave me great relief.
Rose was picked up my call. She provided me an excellent service today. I called to 1800 RW phone number and she took my called and gave awesome customer service. She resolved all my questions that I had at that time. And emailed to me owner and tenant ledger as I requested to her. Finally, keeps up the excellent work. And I would Like to thanks her a lot.
Abby was extremely helpful in straightening out a billing problem in a situation where there was some confusion about what we needed to pay.
