I felt that Wendye did not keep me informed throughout the process, she seems to be avoiding me now, and she only showed the property and did the paperwork while there a lot of peripheral activities that needed to be done that she did not handle.

I was having difficulty getting renters to pay on time. Renters Warehouse has corrected the problem in a very short time. They are excellent to work with and quick to return phone calls.
