So far my car runs beautifully I'm very pleased with it I only have one problem my passenger Window in the back gets stuck it doesn't come down or go up easily it hesitates so far that's my only complaint

Dee Phillips is one of the main reasons I utilize this shop. Dee represents Renton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram with the upmost respect. He makes me feel like I really matter, and my business is wanted. Dee introduced me to the mech who was working on my Jeep, that was special, and no one has ever done that before. The only other reason I consider this shop is because of location, but if Dee leaves, I will consider following him, if he is still in the area.

Great customer service from Kaylee in the service department! Very professional atmosphere in general and Kaylee specifically took great care of me and my van. I really appreciated the frequent and consistent communication so I knew what was happening. Also appreciated the seamless Uber service to and from the dealership to make pick up and drop off easy. Highly recommend this service department!
