I didn't like the fact that I was never greeted when I stood at the person's desk with a simple, 'I'll be with you shortly. ' I noticed that this same person had no issue with doing this with other customers who came in after me. I get that people are multi-tasking; however, a simple acknowledgment goes a long way. I also asked a question regarding an issue with my driver side seat and was told that the person would send me a text regarding my question and this never happened.
