Andrew was excellent at communicating what was going on with the status of my vehicle.
Friendly service but took entirely too long for the transaction to go through. I was there for almost five hours. There were times where I was sitting around for 30-40 minutes without any updates. The dealership is nice but didn't have a lot of guest experience items like coffee or water, items I've gotten accustom to. The objective of going in to find a vehicle was met so they delivered on that.
I had my Jeep taken in upon arrival. All scheduled work was completed in a timely manner and the price was actually less than the estimate. I was kept informed as service was being completed. Extremely satisfied.
