They (RentSFNow, Greentree Property Management, Veritas) took PPP money earmarked for small businesses impacted by covid-19, they are worth 3 BILLION dollars. These people don't care about you, they care about making more money at any cost.
Terrible
They charge $125 if you forget your key in your apartment get locked out, or tell you to contact a locksmith. They can't just come help you get in. Greedy and ridiculous. Not going to lease another property from Greentree or RentSF.
