I ordered a new phone battery and USB-C port from RepairPartsUSA and after 2 weeks I had no tracking info or shipping confirmation, just the initial order confirmation. So I emailed their support. Another week passed and I still had not heard anything, so another email. Another week and a half (nearly a month after ordering) passed and I finally get an email, an automated one stating my order had been shipped. The items I received were good quality and they worked, but the communication was poor from this company. I had to inquire to find out the status of my order after not hearing anything for a week, and then I had to email, text and call to find out if the item was shipped. It eventually was shipped and like I said above, the quality was good and it did fix my phone issue. Just know you may have to follow up a few times after you place an order.
Paid extra for 1 day shipping... Received the part in 2 weeks.. They say they only use American made parts. Although the 13 pro max replacement screen they sent is 5x as THICK AS the ORIGINAL SCREEN. The box it came in had Chinese labels all over it with no American origins what-so-ever clearly
I’m a tough customer and this company exceeded my expectations in every way! The quality is unmatched and the site is very organized and easy to use. The prices were very fair. I never expected to receive a tool kit with everything I needed to install my 11 pro max screen. Everyone needs to shop here
Ordered a 200 dollar screen with 2 day FedEx shipping. 5 days later after they took my money I had to email them. They said they sent me an email saying part was on back order. Which I never received that supposed email and after explaining to them in my email I chose 2 day FedEx they proceeded to send the product usps making it nearly two weeks before receiving it.
