These guys exceeded all my expectations. Price was less than half the other quotes and the workmanship and quality of product are excellent. Don, Carter and Dennis all did an outstanding job. Started on time. Finished, including drywall and cleanup, ahead of schedule. I usually just do projects myself because I'm always frustrated with missed timelines and expenses. Wish this company did other house repairs.

Would never hire them for anything again. First off they never clean up after themselves. Everyday they would come back and make a complete disaster and then leave! There were screws everywhere and I got one in the foot walking to the bathroom at night. Then they did not do all the pipes they left a small 3 foot section that now has the same issue with the pin hole leaks. Horrible workmanship. They used spray foam to remount the shower head. Didn't notice at first since it was not apparent until the foam broke at a later time. They also did not replace insulation in the crawl space they removed.

I have a very old home with plaster walls. The sales rep horribly misquoted the job (which I think repipe absorbed the loss) and horribly underestimated the job to be done. It was many promises and little delivery. That being said, I had nearly 100 year old galvanized piping that needed to be replaced. We hired Repipe at the beginning of Aug for them to begin in Sept. Originally, my husband Z was listed as the contact as he was unemployed. Shortly after, he got a driving job and could rarely answer the phone at work, so we asked Repipe to use me as point of contact instead. They called Z a few days into his new job to schedule. Horrible customer service, after initial walk through, signing contract with a $1,200 deposit. They messed up 2 physical copies of the contract, was left a voicemail asking to confirm through text message a 3rd contract. After giving a call to David R. to discuss this issue, he told me he'd call me back that evening so the wife and I could decide how we wanted to move forward, during this call he said if we decided not to move forward he'd cancel contract and send back deposit. I wish I would have read these reviews before I signed a contract with this company. I've had a horrible experience. I didn't realize that this is simply a promotional company that sends out a sales manager to give you a quote and get you to sign a contract. Then, you get scheduled with a plumbing subcontractor that does the work but there is a lot of communication that gets lost in the transfer. Admittedly, this company didn't do any actual work for us, but my experience with the sales guy Don was pretty awful. When Don came to my house to provide an estimate, I immediately didn't like him. He was argumentative, he talked too much, he was condescending. We ultimately hired another plumber for our repiping. That decision was in part in response to Don's pushy sales tactics. Absolutely terrible experience with this company. A salesperson named Don came out to our house to give a quote for repiping our kitchen and bathroom. We were talking with him about the timeline, and he assured us to get the repiping done as soon as possible and begin the repiping work before we began remodeling. We thought that sounded weird but he assured us that the repiping work had to be completed before we took any walls down.
