I can't say enough good things about James the director of maintenance here. He's always fixes things quickly without sacrificing quality and is willing to explain what he's doing and the reasoning behind it. He's always polite and a pleasure to be around. Thanks for all that you do for the residents here, The Reserves at Arlington is lucky to have such a qualified maintenance worker on staff.

It's what you expect for $950. Area is good, very walkable and quiet. The apartments are decent, but have a few major issues. 1. There is no air conditioning. They keep saying they'll fix it, but they probably won't. The portable AC is also a de-humidifier, and spits out water, if you don't know this it will ruin your carpet in no time, and leak on those below. Hopefully heat will be fixed by winter. I received a notice on my door to leave the premises due to non payment, spoke with office lady and she said to ignore the note on my door. They towed my car for expired tags (expired the month before tow), failed to give me a notice, and it took them 3 business days to inform me on everything. Very very difficult to get into contact with the office. We are not even from here , this was supposed to be temporary living for us since my husband is working a job out here. Sadly it’s a 1 year lease and we can’t break it. It sucks because they’ve came to the apt 4 times to supposedly fix ac , when ac can’t be fixed and won’t be fixed till the end of summer. When I first moved here, the central cooler wasn’t working and I was given a portable AC for just the living room, which prevented me from opening the window in the living room whenever I cook so my apartment was smell like whatever I cooked I was told that the central coolant was going to be fixed and it never got fixed.
