HORRIBLE PLACE I’ve lived at Arlay point which used to be Breezy point now for 7 months and I would not recommend anyone to live in these apartments. It’s nasty, the maintenance people are horrible won’t show up for a few months, there is bugs everywhere, they have holes in the apartment where the A/C unit is, the people in the office are rude and don’t know what they’re doing half the time. They show you a model that looks nothing like what you’re going to be living in PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!
Long standing resident confused on new parking policy New management frequently displays poor training in customer relations. As a long time resident, well before the regime/name change, I’ve noticed the improvements made by the new owners. On the other hand, some new rules are extremely invasive & under thought out. Recently went into the office to inquire on new visitor/guest parking policy.
