We were happy here for a year, but the second year this place has gone downhill. The pool was scheduled to be open 45-60 days late due to being rebuilt.... the refurbish didn't go as planned... now we have a giant crater in the center of the complex. Mine and my neighbor's cars have been broken into within the last couple of months, and homeless people hang around on the property. This place has gone down hill.There has been a handful of social events are ever put on my management in the three years I have lived here. The pool is “having a pool inside of a pool” which means the residents paying rent have no access to the pool until the middle of July supposedly....Was told to look into getting a “pool membership” or to pay daily rates for local pools...
