Had a pre-sale inspection done on my home in Florida. When the buyers had their own inspection done there were things that this inspection company should have obviously found and claimed they checked and inspected. Some problems included a vent pipe on my roof that had a gaping hole in it and outside gfi breakers that were not working properly. Very dissatisfied with this company and obviously a waste of money!
Poor customer service. Earlier this week I scheduled an appt for a WDO for today and was bombarded with texts & emails demanding I pay for the service immediately or my appt would be canceled. I will not pay for service before it is rendered. I have been scammed before. My appt was canceled & I called customer service where I informed them I would not pay for service before the inspector arrives. You are right... our phone service is via Comcast and we were without local service for most of the day.... and payment at the time of service request.... right again... much like Starbucks, Southwest Airlines and Florida State College at Jacksonville we do respectfully ask that payment be made at the time of booking.
