When it comes to **** and the team at Resilient Roofing, I cant say enough! Its rare in this world of construction but I can say that they far exceeded every hope and expectation we had for our home. When we came to Resilient Roofing, a contractor had discovered some serious leaks in our roof, which resulted from a poor installation by the previous company. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and lack of professionalism by Resilient Roofing. Some of the issues were:* A severe rainstorm was predicted and even though the old roof had been removed and the new shingles had not been installed, I was ASSURED that the roof was 100% waterproof. * At 3am the next morning, I was awakened by the sound of water dripping from the ceiling in my living room. I hired this company to replace our roof. I checked several companies, and chose this company. They were not the least exspensive, but claimed to be a family operation that does their own good work.First exception: sub contractors from start to finish. If I wanted a company from Pico ******, I would have hired that company.Poor work-site clean up: the sub contractors left trash and debris daily.
