Dr. Rodrigues has seen both of my kids since they were born. He always takes the time to explain things and is great with the kids! We have seen several other doctors when he was not available and have always had a good experience.
Dr. Rodriguez is such a wonderful doctor I would highly recommended . He alway has time to talk with you and he's never in a rush.
Horrible experience with their billing department. Thy were dishonest about charges and grossly over charged me for services even after I discussed costs with them before ever going there. I will NEVER go back to them. Horrible.
They are purposely over charging my wife and sons’s dr visit by well over $1000 POOR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Our payments should have been $125 per visit. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!
It took me a few days to write this because my daughter, granddaughter and I left the office of Reston Pediatrics the other day so upset and mistreated that I needed a few days to think about it. We were there seeing Dr. Madrid for my granddaughter's well visit. I came to the appointment with them because my daughter is 8 months pregnant with a very high risk pregnancy and my granddaughter is very anxious at the doctor. Not satisfied with services provided for the care of my child. Doctor should have referred us to a specialist instead of thinking they could help. Resulting in additional money we had to spend.
