We weren't pleased at all. We were over charged and lied to by their rep. We were billed for work they didn't do. Being over charged by $1200 and charged for work that I did ? And then being threaten with collection? Sorry but I would never use them again.
We were told by their representative that they would accept whatever insurance paid and we would have no out of pocket expense(he lied) and now we get a bill for what the insurance didn't pay. They come in and rip people off at a time when they are experiencing problems due to damage to their home. Now we have even more problems with a huge bill we can't afford. Don't be suckered in like we were!
I wouldn't recommend Restoration 1 (Morris county franchise) because we felt cheated on the amount we paid for the service. They did a good job of the clean up but they cheated us on the total bill. When they came in, they provided an estimate and when the final bill came, it was about 3 times the amount. …
