For almost 3 years now I have been caretaking for an elderly neighbor. He is a Navy veteran with no kids or family near by. I know it's always crazy around the holidays but when it rains it pours!!! And, that is exactly what happened in our 2 Story home. A relaxing bath turned into a downstairs flood gate. I ran downstairs to see the water was pouring from the pipes. I contacted Restoration 1 and they were at my house within the hour to make sure there wasn't any long term water damage. I cannot speak highly of this company! I found out that i have black mold, well i saw what i thought was black mold and had no idea what to do or who to call so i got one of those homekit sets that they sell at home depot, but it was going to be $60 on top of buying the kit, so i sat on that, and had the wife call our realtor (since it was less than 30 days after we closed) so she told us to call a mold detector company, and i googled it (because isn't that what we do now?) and i guess i called one of those referral companie... read more

Their work ethic is admirable. Because we had to stay here through the work, they made it so easy for us. They were so considerate of us and our four dogs and they work so hard and so efficiently, we are so impressed. Exceptional job done

This team was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to adjust to my schedule while still expediting the dry-out. They communicated directly with the insurance company which eased the process, and they completed the work on-time. They are professional, polite, honest, and understanding. I highly recommend them!

Restoration ! of Avondale: Jason and his wife were exceptionally prompt always in their replies and service. Additionally, they seem like 2 of the nicest people ever. Did a great job with a nasty cleanup of human and cat feces.
