RecommendedThey came out and took a look as soon as I called. Got back to me with an estimate within a day and did a great job. We had a leak over our garage. They checked for mold and replaced/repaired the drywall on the ceiling. Professional and courteous. They even recommended a painter to finish the garage. Definitely would recommend them.

RecommendedWe were trying to sell a family member's house when during the inspection they discovered mold in one spot and water damage in another. We had 2 weeks to go until closing and the Restoration 1 team came out, diagnosed the issues, and had me an estimate later that day. I told them to proceed and within a week they fixed the 2 areas and the drywall to boot. I was able to paint and still make the sale. Thanks for your speed and professionalism. RecommendedRestoration 1 did an awesome job on my sump pit clean out. It was filled with 6 inches of sludge from a storm water back up. They came out to give me a free estimate, easily worked with my insurance company to get it covered, & did the job right. They took care to cover my floors and left no mess behind. It was a several hour job & the price for the job was fair. I would use them again should I need any clean up work done at my home.
