RecommendedRestoration 1 came out on New Year's evening when we had water in our basement. Travis worked until 11:00 that night getting the water out and setting up fans. From that pain t on Travis did an amazing job of getting rid of all the debris and restoring our basement. He was always professional and did an outstanding job.
These guys are good! They understand the science behind what they do, work diligently and efficiently and are pleasant and dependable — all while doing very difficult and dirty jobs! Could not more sincerely recommend them! Thank you, guys!

Dustin, Jerry and Tom do fantastic work. They get the job done fast and go above and beyond. I had a mold nightmare from another company that left my moldy office worse off than when they started. These guys cleaned up the mold, cleaned all the dirt out of the room, off of the contents and left a mega HEPA filter going for several days to make sure all spores were gone. I learned a lot from them and they are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!😀😀😀

Days before leaving for vacation we found the basement had flooded. After wasted days with the insurance company, we took it upon our selves to find some help. Awesome customer service! We had a pipe burst and water damage on New Year’s Day and called Restoration 1. Not only were they able to help us on a holiday, they helped get a plumber here to begin to fix the problem the same day. Over the next few days Restoration 1 helped dry out our basement. The service men were knowledgeable, polite and worked with my schedule. Over the course of three days he arrived on time to check the progress and always explained exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend!
Water from my washer flooded from the first floor down into my basement causing a lot of damage. I was lost on what to do. Ken, the owner, came out with Mike and assessed my damage (same day service); they were such life savers! Two other employees came and began to work on fixing my issue. Absolute professionals!
