Very efficent. Coordinated all services to mitigate and repair water damage. Already referred a friend. Hope we never have this happen again but if it does I would be on the phone to have them return.
Sam was my personal project manager. Him and his team are very proficient, respectful, and up front. Sam made sure I understood everything that was happening with him and the insurance company. Sam was very punctual and arrived first thing the next morning to assess the damage. Sam even went to Lowe's with me to pick out tile. I had a nice kitchen before the leak but after Sam and his team took care of me, I have a beautiful kitchen that I'm sure increased the value of my home.
We placed an order for cabinets, then it became excuse after excuse as to why they weren't ready. She said that there were delays in not having extra pieces, then the cabinets weren't built at all. We got a hold of the cabinet builders who said the delay was in her paperwork and lack of payment. They say it's on her. Kendra refuses to take any responsibility for the mess up that is now putting a delay on my project. Our $1.5million house was finished in 2017. We are now replacing the metal roof due to poor installation of materials and water damage to gutters and stucco at a cost of $75,000. Since our house was completed, we have had repairs to Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Doors and windows. Stucco is bubbling due to water damage. Lance Ray and his crew did all of this work and we are now paying for it. Different company, same owner. DO NOT use this guy to repair or build anything. You will be sorry!!!

Damaged the wooden floor by applying strong adhesion type of tape to glue just the paper to the floor, and refused to fix the floor damage. Applying a lighter adhesion tape would probably not do this floor damage. At first were responsive trying to fix it, but from what it seems the price of fixing or maybe the two day labor cost required to fix it made them reconsider and now somehow the original coating application method is blamed as being incorrect.
