D ave did a great job for me in my basement. He went above and beyond what I expected him to do- made several trips on his own time to make sure things were o.k. Basement was flooding when I called Restoration 1 of Greater Milwaukee. David was awesome. He explained everything that needs to happen as well as answered any questions I may have had. Since I had other repair needs due to the flooding, he was able to provide referrals. Although I wish we didn't meet under the circumstances, I'm glad they were there when I needed them. Highly recommended!
They were very response and quick to be available to do the work. They did a great job and surpassed the other quotes we got by far which included removal of damaged property in addition to the cleaning. I highly recommend this company.
They are very understanding and help make things better not just by cleaning up everything but justifying how you feel.

David and Ivan are surpassed by none. Had major flood damage to my condo and was very concerned about water reaching next door neighbor. D & I came to the rescue, told us they would start removing very wet carpet (there weighed a ton) immediately and keep working until all carpet and padding was removed no matter how late.
