We had a small issue on a house we were working on, and Ryan with Restoration 1 of Kansas City was incredible to work with. He and his team were quick to respond, showed up fast to the job site, and stayed on top of every aspect of the job from start to finish. Their professionalism and responsiveness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I won’t ever call another company for this type of work—Restoration 1 has earned our business for good.

I own a property in Kansas City that recently had significant flooding in the basement. I live out of state and contacted a contractor that I know and trust, and he strongly recommended that I reach out to Ryan. I had an unexpected water issue in my home. My plumber recommended Restoration 1 as an honest, reputable company for water mitigation. Ryan, Bryan, James and the rest of the team that worked at my house were excellent at communication and knew their trade. They did an excellent job taking care of my issue and I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Ryan and his crew are exceptional! Gutted and completely rebuilt the inside of my house after a fire. All electrical, plumbing, Sheetrock, paint, and cleanup was finished much quicker than I expected. Attention to detail is what impressed me the most, not to mention, he kept me updated and ask for input through the entire process.

We had flooding in our basement from a sewer line issue. Our insurance agent recommended Restoration 1 and they came out within the hour of when I called. Very prompt and thorough service! Trenton was our lead for the emergency flood portion of this issue and helped make this very stressful situation easier to navigate with clear recommendations and details on what to expect next.
