These are the best humans in the entire world!!! Where can I even begin? I guess ill begin at the beginning: when my basement flooded unexpectedly one evening and we didn’t find the flood til 10pm. I turned to google and asked “what do you do when your basement floods at night?” And turns out the answer is to call the Restoration 1 team! One of the worst experiences of my life. They quoted us $7,000 - $8,000 and then tried to charge us over $26,000! It took over 3 years to resolve!! The work they did wasn't even worth the 7-8 thousand, let alone over 26k.... That's High Way Robbery!

Restoration 1 of Northern Colorado came to our rescue. We were struggling to find a water mitigation company to come to us because of the rural area we live in and they stepped up. Not only did they come to us but they did an awesome and quick job drying out our basement. They were kind, professional and compassionate.
