I highly recommend this company. I had reached out worried I had mold and my family was in danger. Nate came out to my home immediately the following day. He was on time,friendly, courteous and thorough. I was happy to find out my family and I was safe and there was no danger of mold at the moment. I truly appreciated his honesty and for that he has definitely gained my trust as a customer.

The rep that came out to review the work and provide us with a quote was professional and very knowledgeable. He was very timely with the quote. Easy to schedule the work once we decided to hire and the workers that came out to remove the mold were very friendly and gave us the complete run down of what they will be doing the expected time to finish. Prompt response, prompt evaluation and estimate, prompt work. They removed the mold stains from our sunroom completely, and didn't damage the paint. They did, unavoidably, bleach wooden beams to some extent. I think the price was on the high side, but a previous estimate from another company was quadruple this one!

As flawless and effortless as a project as possible. Communication was top notch I own a 5 star rated hvac company locally and I literally can't think of one area they were lacking in. This company seriously has their stiff together WILL BE REFERING ALL OF MY MOLD BASED CUSTOMER INQUIRIES TO THEM FROM NOW ON. Terrific job by Restoration 1! Our basement is cured of mold and bad musty smell! Customer service also excellent! All work done within a tight schedule of a few days as we needed to move into this newly purchased home!
