I had called several other providers of this service, but Mike was the only one who�picked up the phone and�was�willing to come by�later the same day�to extract the water and sanitize the area. He left a heavy-duty humidifier in place to further dry things out, and checked back with us in person over the next several days, taking readings until the moisture level was in range.
