Keith came out to inspect our apartment and helped us out so much! He’s super friendly (my 2 year old took up to him immediately 😂) and very knowledgeable! They were very reasonable with us on pricing and has been super patient with us! He has regularly checked in on us to make sure we’re doing good. Great customer service. Highly recommend!
Our house was flooded on the evening of June 19 when Claudette dumped 7-8 inches of rain on Northport. Keith Hyche of Restoration 1 stopped at my house the morning after. I had already talked to ServPro who sent a sales rep through the neighborhood. I asked the sales rep when they could get started, and he said maybe tomorrow afternoon. Restoration 1 did an incredible job, and after completion, the home inspector asked me who did the work, he told me it was the best job he had seen when it came to water damage restoration.
