The person on the phone said she would check and send a team right away. She gave me a time frame of 1 hour, and the team was at my doorstep in 30 min. They were completely professional, started taking pictures in the first 30-45 minutes, then jumped right into the restoration work, drawing up the stuff tearing up the drywall.
