When I had this water leak at my home, this was at 7 am. I called Restoration Management service. They were right on top of it. The person on the phone said she would check and send a team right away. She gave me a time frame of 1 hour, and the team was at my doorstep in 30 min. They were completely professional, started taking pictures in the first 30-45 minutes, then jumped right into the restoration work, drawing up the stuff tearing up the drywall. RMC are wonderful! José’s team (Jesus and Milton) were impeccable. They work diligently with a lot of attention to detail. They communicate very well whenever there are issues or difficulties and everything happened within the scheduled dates.

The workers need to be more careful. They ended up breaking items in the house. Of course, I had damage, but they ended up damaging other items.
