The work was done well and within time but communication is severely lacking. Had to call several times to schedule appointments and Project Manager was especially hard to reach with no response even after leaving voicemails.
Special/Extra efforts to maximize efficient use of staff and time; caring about/for staff; professional yet caring people.
They did a fine job, but they dropped a tool and damaged my floor.
They did The job well. Coordinating and scheduling an appointment was a bit of a challenge, but the scheduler/assessor was clear in his communication.
