They were very respectful, courteous, and answered all of my questions. I was happy with them.
I've used the numerous times throughout the years, and they always did a great job. They made sure it was done correctly, and they made sure our tenants were kept happy.
They tried their best to clean the place, and it was like they teamed up with the insurance to cut the job. It wasn't necessarily to my interest, and it was fire damage because of the damage to areas in the house. They did not mention to the insurance company that the carpet needs to be removed. The walls needed to be scrubbed and painted. The supervisor Misha did a good job. They were so bound to the insurance company, and they were a recommendation to us from the insurance company.
