I am very happy with the work performed by Restoration Management Company - Benicia. They were the 2nd company to come out and they fixed the issues with the 1st company. I would like to recognize some of their employees especially Esperansa there were two of them who did the packing they were very knowledgeable. Fernando in demolition, he made sure to cover all my doors. I would also like to recognize Michelle Sevilla, Able and Ingrid. There are many other employees who did a great job as well.

It was like a mixed bag because some parts of the service were really great and other parts were questionable.

Respectful of property making sure they covered all my floors so as not to damage them when installing the huge fans used to dry up water damage in my attic. Every single person, from technicians to managers, were absolutely and totally professional.

I was a little freaked out when we discovered we had a sizeable amount of raw sewage to clean up after an obstruction caused our pipes to back up in our new home.
