They did a great job, getting hear the same day I called. They showed up every day starting the next day, worked hard and resolved the water damage. They're just awesome.
The only thing that really bothered me the most, and I do not know if this is through the insurance or through Restoration Management. But basically all of the money we got, that came out that was for the sheet rock and all the smoke damage and all the repairs, was basically less than the money that was given to have our laundry done, which was $37,000. We would have rather just gotten rid of all of our clothes and gotten like $10,000 than to pay $37,000 or $35,000 to have the laundry done. That just seemed way ridiculous. I... read more
