We were not given enough warning to prepare for their arrival. In other words, we didn't know that we had to get the room cleared and take out all of our toiletries. We were not prepared or informed of the steps of the process, so we were caught unaware. We had to rush to clear the room and everything, and it was very inconvenient because when you rush you forget to bring things out that you need. I told the owner Henry, and he did apologize for it.
I was satisfied.
I liked them and the work. It was really good to me. I would recommend them to anyone. They took really good care of me.

I appreciate the professionalism of the team, they were punctual and their work was great, I loved their work. Day 1 they showed up on time and did an extra favor for me ( added a plastic cover on my door).
The service provided by the company was stellar. The did everything effeciently, they were more than polite, they made sure that everything that they did was to my liking. They even covered everything in plastic that could have been damaged. They were quiet and tried not to disturb anything in my house. I even made them cookies when they left and they were freshly made when they got them.
They were very prompt, available and came right away to assist with my needs.
The project manage, Shawn was crystal clear on communication, prompt, gave the timeframe up front and responsive to all questions. He made suggestions. I was working with another company and switched to Restoration Management because I wasn't happy with the other company. Having another company to compare them with, I was very happy with the service that Shawn gave me.
All the people I dealt with were very understanding and professional. Impressive
