I was very pleased with my project manager, Diana Boley. I explained to her that communication was very important to me. She gave me her cell number and said if I ever had questions to call her, no problem. Restoration Management came to my house due to an claim filed with my insurance company. Shawn initially made phone contact. Shawn was very professional and took time to answer all of our questions throughout the mitigation and abatement of the damage. One of the other workers, Tony who showed up a number of times also was very professional. Both Shawn and Tony were very personal also during this very stressful time, loosing our kitchen during the Covid pandemic.
