In general, it is very good and excellent, but they were not able to finish the job. I think they should advised me when they were having problems with the insurance company. We were not sure who was going to pay for the cabinets and in my opinion, they should have done everything immediately.

Restoration Management Company took care of us while we had a fire in our house. We were dealing with a lot of companies and inspectors and it was very overwhelming. If I forgot something, Restoration came quickly. They called before coming and before leaving. They were the second company that I hired but followed the protocol and tax procedures that were required. They made sure that everything was safe.

I had a leak behind my washing machine and had water damage and mold. Restoration Management was out the next day and assured me that they could take care of the problem. The drywall was removed and all was dried out in a timely fashion. Everyone that we dealt with was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend for any future issues.
