I expected a little bit different turn out. It took so long to do everything. The timing was terrible. Part of it might have been an insurance problem, but I was really frustrated because I was ready to have this done within the first week and everyone involved kept dragging their feet. It took two months. Part of it was that I wanted to do it, but insurance said that if I did it that they weren't going to pay for it, so I needed them to get the people out here to do what I needed them to do. They were very professional, very nice, and kept me at ease at a horrible time in my home with a horrific flood. They were tidy and clean, everyone was top-notch, everything thing about it. The project manager was great, everyone was.
