The project manager, Nathan, who was in charge of everything, was excellent. Also, Ricardo, I believe that is his name, and his team went above and beyond. They were excellent, personable, did excellent work, and worked very, very hard.
They were really responsible, and they were on time. They cleaned up everything pretty quickly and did a great job.
They were very efficient, kept me updated all the time on progress. Martin, Esperanza, Blane, Sofia, and Marco were kind, informative and kept everything clean. I am very happy with the job they did.
I give the guy who seemed to be the leader an eight.
RMC was very responsive during the whole process. However, I told the demo crew how to disassemble my cabinets and asked they take care not to damage them as they removed them. They did a poor job at this likely because they assumed the cabinets would be replaced anyway. My insurance company is only paying to repair these cabinets so that is going to extend the project and result in a higher cost.
