Henry was the one who coordinated the restoration, and he represented the company very well. He was nice and made sure that the work was completed.
RMC was in my home working the mold & water damage in less than 12 hours. The team coordinator/engineer was there in 24 hours and she very upfront and professional from the very start. The different crews showed up on time and got right to work. They were friendly, explaining what they were doing, but they stay on task.
