RMC did a great job in my condo unit. The project manager was very professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
I would definitely recommend friends and family as they made the process very easy.
My project manager was very nice, but was always very busy and never got back to me in a timely manner. Sometimes she did not respond to me at all. Also, the team cleaned items made out of fabric and paper. This is my second time doing mold remediation and I know that paper and fabric cannot be cleaned, no matter how much they are wiped down or vacuumed. Those items should have been disposed of. They were in the clean boxes. This included a stack of looseleaf printer paper.
They were easy to work with.
From the beginning we have worked with Tiffany and have found her to be outstanding in every regard. She is reliable, thoughtful, professional, replies IMMEDIATELY and then does what she said she would do. That combined with an impressive attitude results in someone we have enjoyed working with.
