The team urinated in the toilet when the water was shut off and this was discovered a week later. The odor was nauseating. They also broke a light fixture in the garage.
Very disappointed,just make sure you understand on wats coming back and not! Close personal items of mine never came back after I was told by the lead guy ,I was getting them back
I'm still waiting for the bill and a refund.
Quality of work
I would not recommend Restoration Management Company to anyone. They were very unorganized and unprofessional. They had to make 5 additional visits to complete the job and it should have taken 1 visit. The case manger never took accountability and blamed all problems on the employees.
They did not do a good job on my home. When they capped the wiring, they did not do the take out the island. They didn't do anything to keep the island secure. I have a baby that plays in there, and thank God it did not fall down on her. They did wiring in the kitchen, and they should have used a 4 x 2 or 4 x 4 to hold the granite countertop.
