I would not recommend Restoration Management Company to anyone. They were very unorganized and unprofessional. They had to make 5 additional visits to complete the job and it should have taken 1 visit. The case manger never took accountability and blamed all problems on the employees.

They did not do a good job on my home. When they capped the wiring, they did not do the take out the island. They didn't do anything to keep the island secure. I have a baby that plays in there, and thank God it did not fall down on her. They did wiring in the kitchen, and they should have used a 4 x 2 or 4 x 4 to hold the granite countertop.

I feel it would be helpful to all parties if they just say they don't do a service instead of stringing a customer along. Be more clear with what they do and don't do. I have a lot of stuff on my plate, and it would'v been easier if I would've known up front if I would've known that they don't do gas dryers.
