It is easy to do a good job until something goes wrong, and we had a couple of things go wrong, they were on top of fixing it.
RMC was in my home working the mold & water damage in less than 12 hours. The team coordinator/engineer was there in 24 hours and she very upfront and professional from the very start. The different crews showed up on time and got right to work. They were friendly, explaining what they were doing, but they stay on task.
