My team was awesome. My issue happened in the middle of the night and I contacted my insurance and they contacted them and they came out. They were excellent and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful and treated me, my home, and my belongings with care.
I wanted thank RMC so much for the prompt response to my water leak and visible growth issue. The team, led by Brian Drake, were awesome. The communication was frequent and first rate. The scheduling was very flexible around the schedules of my husband and I. They took great care with our house and belongings and were very tolerant of our over exuberant and friendly dog, Molly.
