Due to recent changes in staff , I have had a very poor experience as I was not able to use up my credit due to several miscommunications and policies. Kindly think wisely before investing your valuable money as you might loose it without any reminder notices or email.
i prepaid 12 laser sessions here and was no informed i had 1 year to use them, then i have gone to rebook and they told me i’ve lost 6 sessions because i haven’t used them in a 1 year time frame. i was no told about this nor did anyone call me or email me to say they were expiring. it’s pretty unfair and poor service that you pay all this money and they don’t give you notice or email you letting you know they are expiring then just take your money? at the end of the day i’ve paid for a 6 services and you have just made $200 ... read more
