Amazing experience with Paola every time I visit the clinic. She treats the skin very gently and provides best advise based on my skin type. She keeps me up to date on the latest offers and deals so I can purchase the packages while I’m there. She deserves more than 5⭐️rating for being such a lovely therapist. I highly recommend Paola and results laser clinic to everyone as I have seen a great reduction in hair growth since visiting the clinic!

I went to clinic for my laser hair removal and I am extremely satisfied with the service. The staff named Monika was amazing and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. She remembered my last visit which made it more personal and welcoming. I would definitely go back and recommend others.

Extremely rude staff in the head office they will not listen. They will talk over you. They tell you to call in two weeks and when you call them just one day after they will not accept their fault especially Jules in Head Office management will not accept or apologise. They make notes in the system which is convenient and to suit their business needs.
