I called and was pleased I could make an appointment the same day to address some vertigo issues I had going on. They took some basic insurance information over the phone and instructed me to show up 30 minutes early to fill out needed paperwork. RecommendedResults PT has a great staff and helped me tremendously. Michelle Ley worked with me over 2 months. I have so much more movement now after hip replacement. I also have absolutely no pain! I would definitely recommend them!

However, I just canceled all of my future appts here. They charged on a sliding scale. Past 2 previous spots were $96 and $98. I paid those in full. This appt was supposed to be 20% of the rate. They charged me $36 which is 16 more than we had previously discussed. I asked for a receipt. Suddenly no receipt is available. I can no longer afford these visits.
