There is no way I'd use this facility for myself. I brought a loved one here twice. To start, the waiting room only has four chairs. I didn't find out until the second visit that there is another one in another room, but it's not posted for anyone TO know. The lady at the front desk is OKAY. However, she doesn't go about things in a very professional manner. She may greet you. She may not. The part that irritated me the most is that there are small children who visit here. The staff is so professional and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Tiffany the receptionist is awesome. She always has a smile on her face no matter how many calls, or patients she's taking care of at one time. I went for therapy on my hip and after very thorough assessment by Courtney found out my back was the issue. She helped me with great home exercises as well as therapy. Overall this has been the best therapy experience I've had. The staff is wonderful and works together as a TEAM/FAMILY.
It was great to work with Houston&Ashley when I wanted to give up they kept me going I would recommend Results to anyone
I therapy here last year in January and February. With insurance I had to pay $15.00 each visit. My insurance came back to me in November and said they billed as out of network should have been in network. I have made several calls on this. Sent copies of EOB's and still have not been given my $33.90 my refund. It has been a nightmare trying to get to correct rperson. They want their money the minute you walk through the door. Good luck trying to get what they owe you. Would not recommend. Poor customer service.
This is the best place to come for your physical therapy. Michelle Ley is the absolute best physical therapist I have ever had. She had an amazing attitude and new her stuff! I would recommend her and Results to everyone who needs it. I also say Josh and Ashley they were amazing and I would recommend them also. I only saw Ashley once but she was great. Josh I was with for a few visits. He knows his stuff and has a great attitude! All around just a great place!
