RecommendedTherapy has been very helpful to my injury, they know what their stuff...the staff is great at what they do, very friendly and accommodating!♥️
They are very compassionate about their work. They are very tuned to what the patient needs and the outcome the patient expects. They worked with me for almost 6 months to relive the pain in my neck and wouldn’t discharge me until I had completely resolved my pain and how to keep it under control. My hats off to the wonderful staff at the Kingston Pike Office in Knoxville Tn.
Great experience! Thanks to Andy and his team, I am pain free and back to the gym. It was always a quick working appointment - I never waited. I also love knowing I can go back without a referral at any time if my injury flares back up.
Went in on Tuesday very skeptical that anything but surgery was going to help me. I had been in intense pain from a bad shoulder made much, MUCH worse by an injury 2 months ago. Honestly, I was ticked that my insurance required physical therapy before approving an MRI. I vowed to hold accountable anyone that further damaged my shoulder. It was that painful! I thought i would hate getting physical therapy for a replaced knee. I was wrong. Andy and his team has made me very comfortable and I actually enjoy it. I walk in stiff and really leave very happy.
I have been a patient there in excess of four years. Never, in all that time, have I ever had a bad experience. Not only do they believe in customer service, but they exceed your expectations. From check in until you leave, you are treated quite well. I would not have any reservations about recommending Results Physiotherapy to anyone.
I love my physical therapy sessions at this location.
West Knoxville location on Kingston is excellent!!! Jeanette, Lindsey, Chanel, and Brittney are all amazing, knowledgeable, and warm. I actually enjoyed going to physical therapy and now that I'm in a new city (Las Vegas), and I haven't managed my injury very well (some progress was lost because of the move and not doing the exercises like I should have!) so I'm looking for a new clinic.
