Kaysi is AMAZING. She and Matt together not only made my shoulders and neck much better, they gave me the tools to prevent more damage. Very professional but still fun. I felt like they really cared about me! I am now a believer in Physical Therapy but only if it is these guys!

My highest praises to Kasey and Matt! I walked in convinced I had a tumor and walked out completely pain free! Kasey is a miracle worker! So intelligent and devoted to each person she treats. And Matt follows up with a complete follow up of mobility exercises; taking time with you to completely explain each exercise. Best of all, Matt was a Reds baseball fan and on my last day, told me he was now a converted Chicago Cubs fan! � Who could ask for a better PT team! Thanks folks, you’re the best!

I DO NOT recommend this place. First off, they see two patients at the same time. Which to me is unprofessional and I do not feel very private. Secondly, because they’re so busy they kept calling me by the wrong name. I just felt like another number to them. I canceled one appointment because I was sick and gave a 24 hour notice. They actually gave me a point for doing that. Then I told them I’d call them back to make an appt and they said to call back within 30 days or they would discharge me.
