RecommendedI never expected to look forward to PT, but the team at Results in the Highlands is absolutely incredible and made me want to be there each week! I was honestly sad when I was discharged because I spent a better part of 2018 recovering from shoulder surgery with the Results Highlands team and they truly became like family. I began therapy in September. I was told I had 25 visits and a copay. In December a bill in excess of copay for $243, then $850ish and now $1600+. They quoted visits incorrectly, copays incorrectly and will do nothing to resolve the payment by insurance. Insurance will do nothing to pay. Complete nightmare and do not recommend for any reason
