I was very nervous, ill, alone when i started coming to this place. I never imagined that i would be in Therapy. Due to extreme illness and first surgery i was unable to move my arm. Not only is the staff very qualified to treat you, but they are all very kind. When your life depends on people to get you better, it is just that very specific task to "get better". I don't like going to physical therapy offices but I had an overwhelmingly positive and helpful experience there. Everyone I met and talked with was kind and patient.
I grew up hearing physical therapy was for “old people” or people recovering from major injuries. Imagine my surprise when my doctor referred me, a 30 yr old, to Results PT for some shoulder/mid-back pain! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but right off the bat I was impressed by how clean and open the environment was. I appreciated the care I received from my PT and her assistants. They were caring and attentive and took great care to help me heal. I think Results Physio does a great job. I do think their support staff needs a little tweaking - some (definitely not all) of people making appointments and handling payment (also the billing office) can be fairly off-putting
This place is awesome. The entire staff is wonderful. At every visit Morgan, Jordan, Sam, Sarah, and Ben all made me feel like family. Special thanks to Danielle who truly helped me get back to normal after my rotor cuff surgery. She was so amazing even my doctor wanted to make sure that I give her a special compliment from his office and staff.
