I just started the pellet therapy. When I first heard “pellets” I told my sister this is really “out of this world”. It’s really a very simple concept and if it helps women feel more balanced physically and emotionally I’m giving it a shot. My goal is to stay off bone medicine if I can. My main reason for seeing Dr. R. is the possibility of bringing up my bone density levels to a place away from osteoporosis. Also to ward off issues like dementia and cardiovascular health.
