My wife and I have bought and sold a lot of homes, and I cannot remember who all the realtors were. But Rhonda Alderman stands out as the best. She offered a level of service and enthusiasm that goes beyond her peers. Initially, she came in with a very comprehensive marketing plan, was meticulous in follow through on details, and was always responsive to us, potential buyers, and other agents during the marketing period. Rhonda sold my house earlier this year. Over the past several years I had it listed with 5 different agents since it was a very difficult property to sell. Rhonda came in, went over and above on marketing the property and eventually sold it within 2 months which is something many others were not able to do.
