Rhonda was wonderful but there were problems with the Title Company chosen. Would STRONGLY recommend choosing a different one. And I would not in the future use a mobile notary to close the transaction. I had to explain to HIM what some of the documents were that we were signing.

Rhonda was very helpful and willing to discuss status even in her car! The experience with your appraiser was not good as they complained about not enough photos in mls which probably impacted the $10,000 reduction in price unfairly

Everything was as expected. My only complaint is one that Movement Mortgage has no control over - the lack of ability to select an appraiser, since the person applying for the loan is the one PAYING for it. I felt the appraiser that handled this transaction was willfully negligent and ignored current trends and accurate comps IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD.
